ExerciseBuddy solves the difficult problem of introducing exercise to individuals with autism. Using best practice autism strategies, ExerciseBuddy inspires children and adults with autism to exercise without challenging parents, professionals, educators and caretakers.
ExerciseBuddy was built by a team comprised of an Autism Fitness Specialist, Special Education Teacher, Speech Language Pathologist who each have experience working as para-educators in the schools and leading their own classrooms.
Commitment
We are committed to inclusion by continually creating new resources and technology that will provide the opportunity for individuals with autism and other special needs to exercise. Our Visual Exercise Systems make it easy for anyone, with or without an exercise background, to teach individuals and make physical activity and sport apart of their lifestyle.
